This is soooooooo easy, therefore perfect for a Monday night when the last thing you feel like doing is cooking!
- 1kg chicken mince
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 brown onions
- chopped parsley (optional)
- salt to season
Preheat oven to 180 degrees
Dice the onions and brown in a pan.
In a large bowl, combine the chicken mince, eggs, breadcrumbs, onions, parsley and salt. Mix well.
In an oven proof dish, shape mixture into shape of a log, sprinkle some extra breadcrumbs on the top, and cook in oven for about an hour (depends on oven) till cooked.
