- 1 can chickpeas (drained of most of liquid)
- 5-6 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic
- generous grind of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 raw tahini
Blend together in food processor until smooth
