125g lamb leg steak
3 tablespoons low-fat grated tasty cheese
1 teaspoon wholegrain mustard
1 shallot, chopped (or 1/8 onion, finely chopped)
1 medium potato, steamed
Steamed vegetables/salad
Method
Coat a fry pan with spray oil. Cook lamb steak until tender.
Combine cheese, mustard and shallot and sprinkle over steaks. Grill until melted and browning.
Serve with vegetables or salad.
