  • 1 can chickpeas (drained of most of liquid)
  • 5-6 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • generous grind of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/2 raw tahini
