These are incredible and are a great hit at parties where you need to serve finger food.

  • 2 eggs
  • 250 g tasty shredded cheese
  • 3-4 tablespoons thickened cream
  • 2 teaspoons grain mustard
  • whichever filling you prefer e.g. corn kernels, asparagus, mushrooms etc
  • Salt/pepper to taste.

Mix together and place in patti pan trays, greased and lined with puff pastry. Cook for about 20 mins on 400 or until done.
