These are incredible and are a great hit at parties where you need to serve finger food.
- 2 eggs
- 250 g tasty shredded cheese
- 3-4 tablespoons thickened cream
- 2 teaspoons grain mustard
- whichever filling you prefer e.g. corn kernels, asparagus, mushrooms etc
- Salt/pepper to taste.
Mix together and place in patti pan trays, greased and lined with puff pastry. Cook for about 20 mins on 400 or until done.
